I am now publishing a magazine in Moscow, which is read by my faculty. It runs @ 300 copies monthly.
Got myself a Canon 400D kit, the lens of which suck. However, the lens is good enough to take regular shots at normal exposures and reasonably large aperture width. However, it's way better than what I used to have, and I could not be happy more. Now looking forward for a modest 17-71-something zoom lens, a backdrop and a handful of flashlights. Will cost me a fortune, though.
I might publish some recent shots from the events I've been to with my Canon, but the shots are merely journalistic. It takes a lot of practice to shoot into top detail and sharpness when you are out in the open, so I will wait till I perfect the grip. It's no use shooting @ ISO1600 anyway. Not in 400d, for sure.
Been missing you pretty much, people. It's strange to be receiving some 'nice' or 'i like it' comments, not having been in the site for months. Strangely enough, some people still roam the forgotten galleries
Love you all.
Max.
